creators@sceniq.earthWhat does it cost?
Nothing up front and no monthly fee. On sales you bring in yourself, the platform keeps 15% and you keep 85%. On sales the Sceniq store brings in, the platform keeps 30% and you keep 70%. The fee covers payment processing and is calculated on the price after VAT.
Do I handle taxes, refunds or payment support?
No. Sceniq sells the guide as merchant of record and takes care of VAT, receipts, refunds and payment questions. You get the sale and a clean statement.
How long does it take to build a guide?
You already know the spots. Entering one takes a few minutes, a first draft takes an afternoon, and a weekend is enough to polish it into something you are proud to link.
I already sell a PDF guide. Can I bring it over?
Yes. Send it to us and we help you turn it into a map guide with every spot pinned, keeping your photos, your words and your credits.
Who owns my content?
You do. You give us a non-exclusive license to host and sell the guide, so you can publish your spots anywhere else too. Photo credits stay on every image.
Where do buyers open my guide?
In the browser on their phone, as a map app with pins, filters, photos and your notes. Nothing to install. Native iOS and Android apps are on the way, and every purchase carries over.
Do I have to use AI?
No. The studio works on its own. If you already work with Claude, Cursor or Codex, your agent can draft spots for you, and nothing goes live until you publish it yourself.
How do I become a creator?
Send the short application with your channels, the region you want to cover and your guide idea. It takes a minute and a person reads every one. Guides are invitation only, which keeps the shelf premium.
