Draft, pending counsel review

Refund policy

Last updated July 2026. This is placeholder text written by the team, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. It states our real intent but is not final legal language.

What you are buying

Guides on Sceniq are digital content, delivered immediately after payment through your account. Saftladen GmbH is the merchant of record and your contract partner for the purchase.

EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, that right lapses when delivery begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

At checkout you give exactly that consent: you ask for immediate access to the guide and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once access is granted. This is why we can open the guide for you right away instead of making you wait two weeks.

If something is wrong

If a guide is materially broken, does not match its listing, or you were charged in error, write to support@sceniq.earth within 14 days of purchase. Include the email you used at checkout. We read every request and refund where the complaint is justified.

Your statutory warranty rights for digital content remain unaffected by this policy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded purchases lose access to the guide.
