Buying

Do I keep the guides I buy?

Yes. A guide you buy on Sceniq is yours to keep. It stays in your account, opens in any browser you sign into, and the only thing that removes it is a refund or chargeback, which takes the guide back along with returning your money.

Where a purchase lives

A guide attaches to the email you used at checkout. Sign in with that address and your library follows you: the phone on the trail today, a laptop in the hotel tonight, a new phone next year. When the native apps arrive, the same purchases carry over.

What a revision means for you

Creators can revise their guides, and when they do, your copy shows the guide as it currently stands. Worth being straight about the promise, though: what you buy is the guide as it is on the day you buy it. Sceniq does not sell future updates as a feature, and no listing promises them. Anything a creator adds later lands in your copy as a bonus, not as a contract.

If the creator leaves

Guides already bought stay bought. A creator leaving the platform, or being removed from it, changes what is on sale, never what you already own.

The refund trade

A refund returns your money and takes back the guide. If a guide is materially broken, does not match its listing or you were charged in error, write to support@sceniq.earth within 14 days of buying; approved refunds go back to your payment method through Stripe in 5 to 10 business days. The full refund policy is short and readable.
